Return & Refund Policy
At Sillé, we want you to love your scent. Because fragrance is personal and you can't smell it through a screen, we back every first order with a simple promise, and we keep the process effortless.

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you're not in love with your scent, contact us at support@trysille.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your first order in full.
You don't need to ship anything back. The product is yours to keep. We'd rather you enjoy it than deal with packing a box.
To keep this guarantee fair for everyone, it applies to your first order, once per customer.
Damaged, defective, wrong, or lost orders
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, leaked in transit, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at support@trysille.com within 30 days of delivery and include a photo if you can.
We'll make it right: a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No return required.
If your order is marked delivered but you never received it, contact us and we'll help track it down and resolve it.
If you'd prefer to return unopened items
You're never required to ship anything back. But if you'd rather return unopened, sealed items within 30 days of delivery, contact us first at support@trysille.com and we'll cover the return shipping cost. You won't pay a cent.
Please don't send anything back before contacting us. Items returned without a prior request can't be processed.

Subscriptions: the Scent Wardrobe
You're in full control of your subscription:
- Skip, swap, pause, or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@trysille.com.
- Changes apply to your upcoming orders. To avoid a charge for an upcoming box, cancel or skip before your next billing date. Once an order has been billed and processed for the cycle, it ships.
- Any box you receive is covered by the same satisfaction guarantee above: if you're not happy with it, get in touch.
Cancelling a subscription stops all future charges. We don't charge any cancellation or restocking fee.
Gifts
If you received Sillé as a gift, contact us at support@trysille.com with the order details. We can issue a refund or store credit to you directly under the same terms above, so the original purchaser doesn't need to be involved.
Non-returnable
The following can't be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Final-sale items (clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase)
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask before you buy. We're happy to clarify.
How refunds work
Once we've approved your refund, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still don't see it, contact us at support@trysille.com and we'll chase it down.
